HHP 010: Plantar Fasciitis, Conquer Your Foot Pain! Hike Healthy Podcast

It all started when I jumped to the ground and felt like a pop on the bottom of my foot.  I limped around for days thinking it was just a bruised heel.  Little did I know that “bruised heel” would plague me for years!  Well, I finally took a multi-pronged approach which worked and now I want to share that information with anyone who is struggling with Plantar Fasciitis.  The Medscape web site says about a million people visit medical professionals each year for Plantar Fasciitis.  10% of Americans have issues with heel pain.  The cost of treatments for Plantar Fasciitis is estimated between 200-400 million dollars!
